I went to them because of the good review. I am new to town. I had a horrible experience there and won't go back. The woman behind the counter didn't know what she was doing, kept putting in the wrong number of clothes and the wrong kind of clothes. An ankle length caftan is not a "long dress". I am getting them done for half the price across the street. It isn't a ball gown, lady. After the third input, she still had it wrong and said she had to do it again. I got my clothing and left. I went to Heritage up the street where the lady came to the car to help me with my basket of clothing, was crisp and professional. I wasted a lot of time of these people and was pretty patient. Her parting salvo was "Jesus loves you". Give me a break. This is a horrible place to do business.

They are very prompt and honest. When they said that my clothes will get finished at a specified amount of time, they remained true to what they said.
