The wait was an hour, the tech was OK. After waiting an hour I did not have enough time for a full spa pedicure. I would have left prior to the hour but they already had my feet in water. When I said I don't have time now for full spa pedicure with massage and towelsbecause I waited so long they said you still pay 25, with no regard for waiting an hour. No tools in their own packaging or anything. They pulled a dirty fingernail file and buffer from the drawer to use. Then two seconds later used the same ones on the client beside me. When my feet were drying they take the baskets and tools, rinse in water and reuse because I watched them do it. I will never go back to this salon. I wish I could give it less than one star.
