We are a full-service caterer, specializing in Fiestas, serving everything from drop-off lunches for 10 to full-service buffet events with waitstaff, valet parking, musicians and bartenders. We do lunches, corporate meetings and events, private parties, fund-raisers, open houses, rehearsal dinners, etc. My menu reflects my love of everything Southwestern, but I have a versatile kitchen staff that will work with you to create the dishes you desire for your event.
