The General Council on Finance and Administration offers management services for the finance, property and statistical resources of United Methodist Church. It implements policies developed by church council, as well as provides the report preparation services for communication, training, budgets, conferences and public relations. The General Council on Finance and Administration offers planning, consulting and evaluation services. It also provides coordination services for various researchers and agencies. The organization offers administrative and legal assistance to more than 175 active and retired bishops throughout the United States. Additionally, it provides audition, fund distribution and travel expense approval services. The General Council on Finance and Administration is located in Nashville, Tenn.
