We love Gigi's cupcakes! The red velvet is wonderful and they are huge. Maybe a little overpriced but still great.

Okay, I just don't understand why this place is so popular. They top their dry cupcakes with enough icing to drown in. There are much better places to get a sweet treat.

If you need some cupcakes in a pinch and you want something better than going to one of the grocery stores, these are great. They're fancy and adorable and they definitely taste better than the grocery store variety. But the cake is dry and they literally drown the cupcakes in icing. It's just too much. I know they have to follow the famous 'Gigi swirl' so it's not their fault. I just think there could be some improvement from the top of the chain.
