I visited Hallmark At the Park and there is no playground for the children. I've learned from the tenants that people let friends and family members move in and they do not report it to the landlord. I've learned that the landlord is not fair in her decisions, she let the one's she is friends with get away with things that should not be allowed. I notice a guy selling drugs on the property. A group of guys caught the grass of fire next to the train track. It's alot of fights between tenants and children. It is not a good place to call home.
