We love Dr. Rhea and his staff. They have never made us feel that they didn't have time for us. They have always called us back promptly. They are patient with my Mom and have always took time for questions and to explain what was going on. Kuddos to Dr. Rhea & his staff.

Despite being part of the St. Thomas Midtown Medical Complex, this location is surprisingly easy to get to. Parking is a breeze and the staff and office are friendly and clean, respectively. They also encourage the use of electronic medical records, which is helpful for managing appointments, requests, etc.

Dr. Tai is top notch! He cares about his patients like know other doctor I've had. He is patient and listens to what you have to share without rushing.

I've been to a few heritage medical associates offices. I have always been treated well. Doctors seem thorough.

Dr. Robert Ledford at Heritage Medical associates has been my family primary care doctor since moving to Nashville in 1994. He's an excellent doctor with a personable caring presence about him. He treats his patients with respect and actually seems appreciative to he chosen as my family physician.

Dr. Michael Smith is who my one year old daughter saw, he was just amazing at making her and myself feel comfortable in his office. He answered every question I had and asked if I had more. He sent me to two different providers for the questions he could not fully answer. He was very nice and helpful. Although my first appointment I did miss due to the answering service or staff giving me the wrong location that he would be at on that day. I would never hold that against this wonderful Doctor, or the staff for that matter, everyone makes mistakes.

You can get everything in this one group. Great for convenience. They have their own lab, xray, u/s, and mammogram dept. You don't have to drive all over town.

I CALLED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SKIN CANCER TO BE TOLD THAT THE DOCTORS IN THE PRACTICE ONLY WORK 2 DAYS A WEEK AND THEY ARE BOTH BOOKED OUT 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! WOW. THEY MUST DO PRETTY WELL FOR THEMSELVES TO HAVE TO ONLY WORK 2 DAYS A WEEK. I GUESS IF YOUR ONLY BEING SEEN FOR BOTOX AND THERE IS NO EMERGENCY, YOUR OK TO WAIT. THOSE WHO NEED A "REAL" DOCTOR FOR "REAL" PROBLEMS WOULDNT WANT TO GO HERE I WOULD NOT THINK.

BEWARE. I READ SOMEWHERE ON ANOTHER WEBSITE ABOUT THIS DOCTOR THERE WAS A VERY VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW
