Provided by YP.comDo yourself a favor and find a different endocrinologist before you think about going here. The lady that saw me was in the room for just a few minutes and had not even looked at my chart before hand although they had my referral for a few weeks. She immediately wanted to prescribe medicine for my condition instead of finding out why I had the condition in the first place. I got a second opinion at a much better endo that performed an MRI and found that I had a TUMOR that was causing all of my issues. Had I listened to this terrible doctor, I still may not know that I had a TUMOR!!! I began treatment with the new endo and began feeling better within a few days.
DO NOT USE THIS ENDOCRINOLOGIST. Like seriously, don't do it.

Provided by YP.comDr. Hayes is extremely through while caring for my health issues; regarding my medication; which is thyroxine. I have no thyroid and Dr. Hayes has been the only Doctor that has been able to control my medication properly.
She is a God send. : )

Provided by YP.comYou should never go here because ... I went to this Doctor in the past. Another doctor had said that I had something wrong with my thyroid and sent me to her. However, when I went there she didn't give me any answers to my thyroid problem. She just took one look at me and saw that I was overweight (which I found out much later, no thanks to her, was because of my thyroid) and said that I was overweight going to get diabetes and prescribed me a diabetic medicine that would also help me loose wight. when I looked up it said that you should ony take this medicine if you have diabetes because it will dramatically increase the chances you will get diabetes. The reason it makes you loose weight is because it makes you so sick you are unable to Keep any food or drink down. this was one of the most horrible experience I have ever had with any doctor. Spare yourself from the judgement and her narrow mindedness.

Provided by YP.comi would not go here if you had thyroid problems. it was stated before they dont like you to do your own research. that is definately true. i found it frustrating that i had to do my own research to even get them to run test. their favorite thing to say is we will just watch it. even when my test results were off they said it wasnt concerning. i told them they werent concerned but i was so therefore we have a problem. so i would be looking for another doctor. i have been with them at least two years. and never once did i see dr. hayes. even if i asked to see her they would tell me i could only see her if i had an adrenal problem. i dont have time to keep suffering through all these symptoms just because they refuse to dig. they may be great for diabetes but i wouldnt step foot in there for anything else.

Provided by YP.comDr. Hayes does not like thyroid patients who do their own research and ask questions related to medical studies. She does not treat according to symptoms; she is not sympathetic at all to patients feeling fatigue from thyroid problems. I am searching for a new doctor. She does not believe adrenal fatigue is a legitimate concern or diagnosis. Plus, she's only in the office 2 days a week. The nurse practicioners see most of the patients. I had a horrible experience!!!
