I went here for the first time this week and was very pleased. They have a large selection of gas fireplaces and grills. They also offer installation of gas lines for converting a wood burning fireplace to gas which was very helpful for us. Staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Selection is great, but the service is not. We had fireplace logs installed a couple years back and that was a good experience, but service and maintenance after the sale has been challenging. We called in October to get our logs serviced, and their first available appointment was mid-December. Now we have an issue with the damper and they have not called us back after 3 separate calls and promises from the manager. We love our logs, but wish they had more help for folks in the service department. They have a monopoly in the market and it shows by their lack of care when issues arise.

Hearth and Grill Shop has been around for a long time and has been a go to for me for anything related to gas logs, gas grills etc. They really know their stuff!

The technician that came to my home was great. He showed exactly what was wrong with our gas fireplace, and what we needed to do to fix it. Polite and very efficient!
