Do not rent from these people! Do not buy from these people! Do not do anything with these people! They hook, line, and then SINK you whenever an issue comes up. I rented from these people, and let me tell you, I have never felt more unappreciated for my business. Multiple neighbors have had problems with their BRAND NEW UNITS, and HND refuses/refused to fix the problems. Once you have signed a lease, you are supposed to pay for anything that breaks - even if it isn t your fault. And let me tell you, they will make it your fault regardless of what happened. I am begging you, find somewhere else to live. There are water leaks, a mice problem, faulty utilities, huge potholes that they refused to pave in the driveways, and an overall crummy staff to work with. They may seem nice at first, but that s how they trick you, because once you are a tentant, BAM, they turn on you. Nothing is sincere, or reputable about HND realty. Take your business somewhere else. I wish I had.
