The employees were very helpful; with one in particular, Cedric. He was very welcoming when we first got to the Charlotte Pk lot. Turned out that the car we were interested in had been transferred to the Gallatin Rd. lot; he had no problem Googling the address, and also printing out turn-by-turn directions.

Imports Auto is a good place to buy a car. most buy here pay here car dealers i have been with have messed me up in ways that im ashame to say. but imports auto they are people who you can trust . i been with them for about 2years on suburban that they make sure sure customer satisfaction and i plan to buy a family car with them as soon im done paying for my suburban which im almost done with.

I was shocked by the fast and direct service by just walking in out of the snow so the end result is... Nice and proped service is always a great thang esspecially in the snow!

Well the first time I enter in Import Auto, the people were nice... I really like how Bobby was straightforward with me.. Also, how he showed he understood if someone had money problem just like let him know in advance... I would refer anybody I know to come in get a car from Import Auto. Throughtout the whole time that I have been dealing with Import Autos Dealership I have been treated with nothing less than respect and understanding. Each representive shows genuine concern and take the time out to try help put their customers in a vehicle that they will love. I have had my Impala for almost two years now and I love it. When I first began car shopping I had it in my mind that I wanted nothing other than a Nissan Altima, but when I seen the Impala I knew I had to have it. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.
