My air conditioner went out on a Saturday with 100 degree weather. I called J & J and within a couple of hours a technician was at my home. He diagnosed the problem and had it corrected within anhour. He carefully explained the issue and let me know about the additional charges for "week-end" services and gave me the option to get the problem fixed immediately or have him return later in the week during regular business hours. I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and promptness that J&J provided.

J&J is awesome! They do great work, they're fair, they're honest, they charge a fair price, and they come out when you're in dire straights. When we first called them, we had problems with our HVAC and J&J could have easily told us we needed a new unit and gotten $5K out of us, but instead they told us we actually needed someone to replace the venting through our chimney and recommended another company to do that. After the floods, we thought our furnace was toast, but J&J told us we just needed a new circuit board, a $400 repair rather than a $5K repair. And on Christmas Eve last year our furnace conked out. It was 15 degrees outside and we were certain we were going to spend Christmas Day in the cold. J&J actually offered to come at 8am on Christmas morning and repair the furnace.

I would recommend this company to everyone. J & J was referred to me by AAA appliance. They came out within 2 hours of my call to them and didn't charge anything to check it and figure out what was wrong with it. It turned out to be a simple problem that he fixed immediately. I couldn't believe how cheap they were compared to other companies. He could have said it was a bigger problem than it actually was but he was very honest. Thank you Jason!! ( And by the way, my mother said that you have a son that will be going back overseas. Tell him thank you and God bless. I hope this is his final tour and he makes it home safely.) I will definitely use this company again.
