I have eaten at this Logan's location several times and have always had positive experiences. Sometimes the wait time for food is a little longer than I would like, but the food is very good once it arrives.

I have always like going to the Logan's in Greenwood, IN location until last night on June 15, 2011. It was one of the worst visits I have ever had in a restaurant . Our service was not only poor but it was very hard for us to sit and enjoy our dinner as the sewage smell was getting stronger and stronger the longer we waited for our food to arrive and to eat eat it. Then of all things a member of our party found a hair in their salad and the waitress snapped up the salad and when they brought back a new one then they said they were sorry about that! Drink refills took forever as did anything else we asked for. Then as we were leaving one of the workers was cleaning the door windows and said to us that the sewage smell was just awful and she could not see how anyone could even eat their dinners in there. And I must say we agree!!!! I have no idea how long that they have been have the smell in this place but if it were my place of business I do believe I would have closed and locked the doors and lost a little bit of money and gotten the problem fixed ASAP and not have my company be embarrassed by this. This might hurt your business even more than you think by serving to the public now rather than close your doors and take care of this issue. Right now I even question giving you a "ONE" star rating.
