Purchased a oven control on 2/4/16 came woth y old piece in hand and was charged full amount and was then to be refunded for my core which I was told may take up to 5 days. Well on the 17th after not receiving a refund I started to call about what was owed to me. Took my paperwork in on the 18th was told I would get a call from the manager didn't receive one that day called again thia morning they sayingy refund is being processed. Finally. But what I find funny is they never asked me for proof that it wasn't refunded. Why is that? We're they really trying to keep peoples core refunds? The world may never know. I would recommend doing business with them in cash.

Way overpriced. Needed a waterpump for a kenmore online price with shipping 56$ marcone price with me picking it up 126$. Get the point

Very overpriced. When you call Whirlpool customer service, they direct you to an outside repair specialist who is basically just a parts supplier. I needed a lid switch for my Whirlpool Washing Machine. $30 sounded great to make the thing work good again. They said it came with installation instructions, which it didn't. So while looking online for directions using the part number, I ran into several places selling the same part for under $5. Do yourself a favor, find out the part number and buy it on Amazon or Ebay. You'll save a lot of money. This company relies on your stupidity in not knowing the value of the part. If you look at their website, it will take you to another website that sells the parts called Essentials. Every part on that site is way over priced. They also charge $10 for shipping first class and it only costs about $4 to ship. They make a ton for doing basically, NOTHING.

Marcone charges $18 PER spring for a Frigidaire Dishwasher Door replacement spring. Sears charges $2.91 for a pair!
