If you could see the scars on my chest, permanent, white (de-pigmented) and prominent (they STAND out like a sore thumb) you would RUN away from this place as fast as you possibly could. And to think that a registered nurse did this much damage!! They have scarred me for life and I can no longer go to the beach or lake or even enjoy our neighborhood pool with my daughters... I regret the day I ever walked into this place... so does my family, as I am NOT the fun loving, outdoor activities mom that they once had. I can only image if Terri Hightower had to choose a wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses for her daughter like I have to wear now, how would she feel about what her SPA did to me???

This is a wonderful place for facials. The atmosphere is so peaceful.The aesthetician I had was fabulous.It is also a great place to get your botox and fillers.

Take my advance, the girls at Dermess are the best ! I wouldn't go any where else for my dermal fillers, botox, and skincare treatments! They treat you like family!

Without a doubt 2 thumbs up for this spa!! Fm the moment you enter to the moment that you are tucked back into your car , the staff at dermess provide platinum service. The facials with Debra or Tammy or the injectables and lasers with Connie or Spa Owner Terri Hightower the service is impeccable! They answer your questions and provide you with all your options and sell the products you will often need to maintain! Tina at the front desk is the best! By the time you leave you will feel like you have been friends with them for many yrs! I have gone there for all my care, and have nothing but great things to say about them and recommend Dermess to everyone! Go to Dermess for your next dayspa escape for serious skincare. You will be glad you did!!
