Provided by YP.comHad to get new water heater installed as well as a leaky shower faucet. Dennis came out and gave me estimate and Jason completed repairs. Both Dennis and Jason were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely getting my recommendation and if anything else ever comes up...definitely getting a call from me! Thanks again!

Provided by YP.comwe called michaels out for a leak on our main water line and they was able to come out the same day and get things took care of everyone there was great t work with and also very professinal we will use them again for all of our plumbing needs .

Provided by YP.comRyan was our plumber, and we could not have asked for a better person to come and address and fix our issues. He was very prompt, courteous and was very respectful towards our home. He even wore these covers over his shoes to protect our carpet. We will NEVER call another plumber for as long as we will be in Nashville, which will probably be for life!!!!

Provided by YP.comdon't know about these other reviews here but we received great service at our home in the middle of the night with a shut off valve that blew off the pipe by the toilet and these guys came out quick and was willing to do whatever it took to get us back up and going . We was very thankful for their fast service and Ryan was very professional n polite we will always use this company for anything plumbing we have !!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comIf I could choose No stars I would. I called them last Saturday because the toilets were backed up and sewage backing up into the shower. Was told they couldn't make it out until Monday morning between 9 - 10 am. Thank God for my neighbors who tolerated me Sunday and Monday morning. Took the day off work (which is very difficult to get) and NO ONE showed up or called. When I called them to see when they were coming out I was told I wasn't scheduled until Tues! Remember I have No toilets that work. I agreed to Tues after work. Bothering my neighbors for one more day. AGAIN a no show! Thank God Holts plumbing came on out. I decided to call and voice my complaint. Was told the manager would call me back. Well, it's Saturday again and still No call! Terrible to do anyone like this!

Provided by YP.comWe would NOT use this company ever again. They charged us nearly $900 to change out two sets of faucets, reseat our toilet, and check under the house for a leak. (The leak was coming from a commode that needing the new seal.) Time involved was probably a total of two hours! That is outrageous!! Never again!

Provided by YP.comWe were in need of service to our water heater that stopped on us unexpectedly. After several calls to other plumbing companies that couldn't help us in this emergency, we came upon Michael's Plumbing Service. Michael was very professional in the sense that after leaving a message, he called back very promptly. He set an appointment for the next day, and I was very happy! Michael and his assistant came out to look at the water heater and recommended that it be replaced. Cool!! We knew it was old and needed to go anyway. They once again promptly gave a quote, husband and I agreed...not sure what the going rate was, but again we were in desperate need of hot water. Long story short, we were up and running again in a flash! I was extremely happy up until this point. Now for the bad news. After Michael and assistant left...WE SMELLED GAS! My husband called to let them know, and Michael stated he would return the next day or Saturday, but that didn't happen. My husband called several times about the smell, and his calls were ignored. As a small business owner myself, if anything is wrong with a purchase from my customers, I go out of my way to make sure to fix it ASAP! Unfortunately, Michael dropped the ball. I called to confirm that he was coming out, but he changed the day to Monday. Seriously??? Our home was filled with gas, and you aren't coming to see what is wrong until 4 days later or the house blows up!! We immediately called Piedmont, who was at our house in 20 minutes flat, and stated that the shut off valve to the water heater wasn't tightened properly. Wow. In no way am I trying to hurt his business, but I think customer service is very important, especially when that is what you promote!!! I gave him one star, because he was prompt on our initial appointment. Thank you!
