I hired Al Overstreet, of Al’s Refrigeration & Appliance Repair, to fix my dishwasher. He came out to the house, tore my dishwasher apart and told me he would need to order a part for it. The cost of the part was nearly $400, and he would only take cash or check.



After waiting and waiting for several months for the part to arrive, I found out that Mr. Overstreet had cancelled the order on the part. When trying to contact him repeatedly, he would either not answer the phone or occasionally have it disconnected.



I finally got him to agree to refund my money and even said I would accept $50 payments until the balance was zero. Once again, he didn’t do what he said he would do and had the phone turned off so I could not communicate with him.



I have still not received the part or service I paid for, and not a single penny of the balance he owes!
