I had the worst customer experience with Mighty Color printing. Our business ordered catalogs from them that were delivered late, half of the catalogs were misprinted and are unusable, their customer service reps are rude and unhelpful (if they even answer), they forgot to print and ship half of our order (didn’t even overnight ship when they did end up printing), lied to us multiple times about shipment, of the 1000 catalogs ordered they only offered to replace 144 of them, the replacement catalogs are still misprinted and unusable, and after all of that they only offered a discount for our next order. There will not be a next order from us and I recommend the same for anyone else considering them.
