MCK will treat your animals like they were there own. I have used kennels before in Nashville and nothing can compare to MCK. The other places offer all the bells and whistles and promise the best cear ever and charge a fortune but at MCK it is affordable , clean, plenty of room (no cages) and the best cear for your animal ever. I would recommend them over any other kennel in Nashville.

We boarded our dog here last month and saw no evidence of what I've read in other reviews. The buildings are older, but were as clean as could be. We felt the care and attention from the manager and other employees was excellent. They really gave us personal service and I felt my dog was in excellent hands. We'll be traveling this month again and are going back!

I took a tour of the kennel and I would never board my precious pet there. It is moldy and musty inside where the indoor kennels are. I think I even saw black mold on the walls.I noticed some of the kennel doors were rusting and falling apart. This could be dangerous to my dog. They let me peep through the window and also down the hall at what they call the indoor/outdoor runs. I saw rotten wooded shelter on the outside and again rusty unclean, unmaintained conditions inside. I even saw spiders and mice droppings while there. If this is the conditions that they let the building get in, I would hate to think how my animal would be treated. The girl I spoke with said she was the new manager and had only been there since July. She was not very professional, while taking me on the tour she excused herself to take a personal phone call.

I can't believe the previous reviews on this site - but they were back in '06 and obviously different personnel.



I used this kennel for the first time in September '09 and my dogs were the happiest they've been. I found Paula was the most wonderfull advocate for my pups and I appreciate the fact that their hours are user friendly (I can pick up my 3 dogs on Saturday December 26th where every other kennel in the area was closed).



All of my blankets and such were washed.



Price was higher than others but you gotta think, how much are your pups worth?
