Carrying a $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions Policy, my specialty is real estate closings, be they mortgages, refinances, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, VA, FHA, or seller only deals. I understand that an incomplete signing or one full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, a realtor their reputation, or cause funding conditions delaying everything.
