I decided to check out Nonna's for Restaurant week, and although their pizza is quite tasty, their starter salad consisted of a vinaigrette and mixed greens. Their dessert advertised as "almond cheesecake" was an almond cake topped with mascarpone. It wasn't impressive either. So, if you're interested in a Nashville original restaurant, they've certainly got a tasty pizza option, but there are many more impressive pizza joints in town.
