To Whom It May Concern:







I placed an order today for two six sticks kebab platters. When the order was delivered we had received two grilled chicken dinners.



I telephoned your location to be talked to very rude and told that, that is how you do your kebabs and that my coworker and myself was charged $10.99 plus tax each for an item that we could have received for $7.99 had we just called it grilled chicken.





Inclosing let me say good luck to you and your company in staying in business with customer service such as this and with the word of mouth that I plan on sharing with others.
