I was very pleased by how easy it was to get certified copies of birth certificates in person at the downtown Vital Records office. We were there when they opened, but I was able to use a kiosk which made the process even faster. Much better than by mail! Free parking is available at the lot across the street with specially marked spots for Vital Records visitors.
