They took my part early in summer, said I'd have it back in a week. 3 to 4 weeks later, said it was almost done. Next week, discovered they hadn't even started on it. They finally called and said they'd call again with estimate. Never called. I called 3 weeks later and they said they'd start the repair. When it was finally done they wanted me there asap with cash in hand (no waiting on their side). I came in and discovered part was damaged after repair. I still paid them. They said they'd fix damage asap. 3 weeks later, no word, so I called. They said again they'd fix it. 2 weeks later, no word, so I went in. It hadn't been touched, and owner started cussing me for all the grief HE had from this part! Told me he wouldn't repair damage and I could sue or badmouth him, he didn't care. I ain't the suing kind, but I wouldn't let them change a lightbulb after this! I missed the whole summer, was lied to, and then got a damaged part back!
