A friend told me about Pc Privateers and how good they are. I was a little unsure cause it is a home business. But, once I got there, Breck listened to what was wrong and immediately went to work. He did not mind if I waited and he was eager to explain many things that I didn't know and should have known. Before I knew it, he fixed the problem and showed me the bad part (a dying power supply). He gave me, at no charge, a replacement power supply, and told me to call him any time if something else went wrong. But, what really surprised me is how he charges people. He only charges what people can afford. Free diagnostics and no set hourly rates. The only thing that he has set is a minimum $10 charge. I will never go to another computer shop again. Breck was fantastic and has been trying to really jump start his business. So, that's why I'm giving him and his company the best rating I can. Trust me when I say that he is a genius with computers and other electronics. Thank you, PC Privateers! Thank you, Breck!
