We had to come to Nashville on the spur of the moment for a family medical emergency. We had to leave our dog somewhere while we were at the hospital & I found this place online. On their site, they say that dogs can bring their own blankets (no Specifics), but when we got there, they wouldn't let her take in her blanket that goes everywhere with her. I called to check on her midway through the day & they put me on hold and then said she's fine - nothing else. We came to pick her up & found that they had removed her collar (including her rabies & ID tags) & put a choke collar/leash on her. As soon as we walked out the door, she peed & pooped & then drank a whole bowl of water. She then proceeded to not want to leave my lap the entire ride home. Our dog was an abused rescue & if it had been known that she would not have been able to have her belongings with her & that a coke type collar was going to be used, she would have not stayed there. Also why would ID tags be removed?

Notably good service experience

Going away on vacation can be a mixed blessing when you have pets. Now we can leave and enjoy our vacation without feeling any guilt or concern for our dogs. We call it "camp" and when we say "Do you want to go to camp?" the dogs jump up and down like crazy, they are so exicted.
