I have spent days on the internet and the phone trying to get help with my OLD (1995) weslo cadence treadmill. It was running at 90mph nonstop. Ray was amazing!! His knowledge had me up and running in minutes. I would recommend his company to anyone business or personal!

I called Ray this morning (Memorial Day!), got his voicemail and left a message about our non-functioning Precor treadmill. As it is a holiday, I didn't expect a response till tomorrow at the earliest, so was amazed when my call was returned within the hour. Ray spent the time and effort to diagnose the problem as we spoke and talked me through its correction when he could easily have found the pretext for a service call.

He is a rare individual these days:honest, knowledgeable and helpful.
He saved me the $$$ and hassle of replacement

I recently bought an Iron Elliptical and it was missing the power cord. I found and ordered one on line but it wouldn't plug into my machine. I found Ray Settle in the Yellow pages online and he was the first to take the time and try and help me. Help me he did and now my machine is running. Thanks so much Ray for your much appreciated help. Will definitely call for any service work. A+++

I was having trouble with my treadmill and the third time I called Precor they sent Ray to fix it. He fixed it the first time, seems Precor was wasting money the first two times. Don't waste yours, call Ray and your problems solved.

I called Ray Settle because I have a treadmill that is not working at the present time, I needed it to be put in the folding position as I was moving in two days. Even though Ray was already booked he generously fit me into his schedule and figured a way to fold my treadmill manually. I am very appreciative that Ray was kind enough to help me out in this situation. I will be contacting Ray again when my move is complete to fix my treadmill. I called Ray because I had a burning smell coming out of my treadmill after I used it. I was very happy with the services I received from Ray and his associate. On the phone, before he came out, he explained what he was going to do and how much it would be. When he came out to do the diagnostic, he thoroughly examined my treadmill and diagnosed the problem. Ray Settle Services came to our house after we called them about our treadmill malfunctioning. He scheduled a visit for the following Monday afternoon. After diagnosing the problem he let us know that he already had the necessary parts in stock to fix it. He would have been in an out in less than an hour except that we then asked him to take a look at one of our weight machines. He said he had some time and again quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem- something wrong with the pulley or cable I think. Great experience. Great Service. Thanks Ray.

Ray does an unbelievable job keeping our equipment in top working order. Not only does he fix the broken machines, but he check all the rest of the machines to make sure there is nothing wrong with them. This helps keep them in tip top shape for our patrons. Ray is the man!

Ray Settle knows how to repair a True Treadmill. He is efficient, on time, and very thorough in all his processes. Glad to know that there is someone with True Equipment Certification in the Nashville area.
