In the latter part of october, I had a dumpster delivered to my business. A few weeks went by of the trash being collected correctly. Then we get a call from our neighbor who says our dumpster is blocking theirs. We called allied and they said they at first said there was nothing they could do but we complained to the point they said they’d send someone out. The day went by and it wasn’t moved so WE called back. The rep told us that someone came out there and didn’t feel comfortable moving it. (they didn’t bother to call and update us). We finally left a few messages for a manager and they finally called us back and said they’d take care of it..later that day someone came and moved the dumpster back to the place it was delivered to and the place it was moved from. Then a month has gone by and the trash isn’t being picked up weekly like we pay for and we call the representative and left a message. The rep calls back and says they don’t feel comfortable moving it (again, no call from them to us telling us there was a problem.. they just didn’t do what we paid them to do) and they have something in their notes about having moved it to a bank’s property but the bank wouldn’t allow it.. (there is no bank adjacent to our property) and the operator conveniently hung up on me when I told her this has been going on since October. It's now been 30 minutes and she still hasn't called me back since she hung up!!! WOW I'm astounded at this business! I just don't understand if there was a problem with where they'd have to deliver our dumpster why they didn't terminated the contract when they first delivered the dumpster and we could have gone with Waste Management who has no problem delivering and picking up our neighbor's trash from the same area.

They missed several scheduled pick-ups over the course of 16 months. Then entered an incorrect card number for an "over-the-phone" payment and missed 3 additional pick- ups due to their error. They were rude, not dependable and over priced. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
