My mother has had a terrible experience with this company. She purchased a home after retiring in the Green Hills area in March of 2013 and as of today, 12/30/15, she still has significant window leaks from where a patio was not correctly built. Although they have tried to correct the issue on several occasions, they haven't been able to figure out how they built the house INCORRECTLY in the first place ... the windows still continue to leak to the point of having huge patches of wet drywall on the living room wall. After years of missed appointments and promises that it will be fixed, there is still wet drywall (and mold most likely) in the home. After apologies and promises that they will come, we continue to hear nothing and see the home not repaired as has been promised for YEARS. Their promise of taking care of their home buyers and standing behind their homes is a lie. My husband has spent the last two and a half years working for a very well-known and reputable custom and spec home builder as a builder and is appalled at Rochford's response and lack of ability to correct the issue. Do not purchase a home from them. You will will be sorry.

We purchased a Rochford Construction home in August 2013 and submitted a request for one year warranty repairs in August 2014. We have been waiting 270 days and counting for our repairs to be completed despite dozens of attempts on our part to facilitate the process. We have now been forced to file a complaint with the BBB and are waiting for a response.



We love our home but the failure of the company to honor their warranty makes me unable to recommend purchasing a Rochford Construction home.
