Saltine is THE place for fine food and drink in Nashville! Our menu features an array of fresh seafood, po’boys, steaks and a raw bar for lunch and dinner daily. The raw bar menu is comprised of flown-in-fresh shellfish, complimented by oysters from the East and West coasts, as well as, the Gulf of Mexico, served raw, roasted and fried. Louisianna and Mississippi influenced cuisine span the main menu, including Creole Gumbo and a Cajun Seafood Pasta. Seth Wood leads our progressive beverage program, mixing coastal-inspired drinks and creative cocktails for those looking to unwind, watch the game or celebrate with friends. An extensive selection of craft beers, wines by the glass and bottle, draft and frozen craft cocktails, and an impressive collection of rums and whiskeys constitute the beverage menu, offering countless options for our thirsty friends.
