I loved my hair, but the the tension in this salon was unbelievable. James the chief sylist, humilated and degraded his assistant every chance he got. It made the entire experience unpleasant. Someone needs to teach this guy how to make his clients comfortable. He also over-books; so plan on spending 4 hours for what should take 2.5 hours.
