I am writing a complaint about your Restaurant #1206 here in Clarksville, Tn located on Second Street. I used to go to this restaurant in the pasted every Friday night to eat its Seafood Bar. But now I haven't been much because its the "Same Ole Food" nothing has changed. Tonight, 10/16/2014 Thursday night was BBQ Night all you can eat. That is why me and my son went to eat BBQ, however two main items were missing from the bar; " WHERE'S THE RIBS AND BBQ " !! I asked the server who refills the bar; " WHERE'S THE RIBS AND BBQ ", she said, "THEY DIDN'T SEND ANY " what kinda crap is that. Now I can see why this restaurant is having less and less customers come into the business. I guess it want belong before you shut the doors on this restaurant for good. Maybe you should change your menu items again to something new. I'm sure you have Expert Chef's working for you and can work on new menu items. How about on you Seafood Bar add CRAB LEGS, OSTERS other kinds of Baked Fish and new veggies . That will get the customers back into the restaurant once again. Or do you think the cost of these's new items will be to costly . Shoney's has been at this location for a long, long time. I remember going their to eat back in the late 70's when I was stationed at Ft. Campbell. That place was the place to go on Friday and Saturday nights because of the GOOD FOOD, but times have changed and you should too. So how about it ; CHANGE !!!
