Jaime,,your store manager,in highway 70 Sprint location is a highly commendable employee/person. i have a 2 week old cellphone,my very first in my life and Jaime showed me how to use it on my first visit in your store.i was told by another person where i bought the phone from,never showed me anything about the mechanics of the phone. i know,simple,right?But Jaime showed me the mechanics of the basic use.He has a positive attitude and aura,that makes you feel that he will help , i came back a week later because my ringtone had"static"sound. Would you know that he fixed the problem in less than five minutes,which may have taken me forever on your technical support phone.!He is amazing!please give him a nice salary raise and a pretty good paid vacation,sonia

I am usually satisfies with the service I receive at this Sprint location. Sometimes I feel like my questions aren't always fully answered, but other than that everything is usually pretty good.

Overall, mostly satisfied with my Sprint phone service. Always use this location when shopping for a new phone or when I have questions about my account. Pretty efficient service!
