I have lived here for over a year and a half and have been absolutely thrilled with not only my place, but the neighborhood. It's like being in another city, like New York or Chicago, not that I don't love Nashville, but it's definately in the bigger picture. I've never had a problem with maintenance, but I have been told not to use Drano! lol. That's actually nice not to have to fix drain stuff myself. Jack's there instead!

Really though, beautiful creative atmosphere, amazing apartments, great neighborhood and no traffic jams! I am a very happy tenant with no plans on moving soon. That might be the only downfall of renting here... there are hardly any openings!
