DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want a 13 month lease of endless bugs in your apartment, tons of issues with your toilets, broken doors, dangerous and shady neighbors, no amenities, stray cats infesting the place, endless fees, and your pool access being denied because they feel like it. This is a DUMP.

Read this article about how dangerous it is on my street. How can the staff post these lying responses to what residents see EVERY DAY???http://www.tennessean.com/story/news/crime/2014/11/05/shots-fired-into-stewarts-ferry-apartment-in-attempted-home-invasion/18521907/ I hear people fighting, women getting hit and screaming, and a guy in the apartment next to mine yelling curse words and kicking the walls. This place is not safe. This place is scary as hell. STAY AWAY!

Hands down the worst experience that I've ever had as a tenant. There is little to no communication between the office staff and the tenants when it comes to the lease amount increasing or lease end dates. If they decide to call and leave a message, it will be a message that lacks any type of professionalism, but will over compensate with rudeness and disrespect. Robin is the worst. She definitely lacks people skills. Who knows, maybe she was raised by wolves. The moment we put our notice in, they turned the rude volume up to 11. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare. We're just thankful that we only had to be there for four months.

I must admit that it is a pretty site as you pull in, but just as others have stated, the dumpsters overflow, parking spots can and will be taken and there does seem to be an insect problem. Oh, if you're the type of person that doesn't like to bathe, then you're in luck. It seems that the water is shut down to the entire complex more often than not. Looks can be deceiving

Zero parking, crime on the rise, not surprised if the complex accepts section 8. Management sent memo following drug related fatal shooting, "it's not our responsibility to ensure tenants safety". Maybe not, but it is managements responsibility to screen potential tenants. Skip this place.

I wanted to like this place, and I did for a little while. However... in my year here... NO parking. Too large of a complex for inferior management to handle. No notice if water is going to be shut off. It's an 89 acre complex, metro water services gave you NO notice at all that they had to shut off water to repair a leak that happened a week ago? Right. They're older complexes so no sprinklers, fire walls, or updated alarms. Crime is getting outrageous, and they sent out a letter that literally said "It is not our responsibility to ensure your safety, so please take proper precautions." Are you kidding me??!! Roaches are massive. The hot tub NEVER works. Management is rude any time you call after your first week here. The gym doesn't open til 10am, and closes by 10pm, IF it was even opened that day on time. I've showed up at 1pm and the chain is still on the door... Their response... Oops. I have one of the apartments that haven't been updated, and the appliances are at least 20 years old. It literally says "Old" on top of my washer in permanent marker that they unsuccessfully removed. My hot water lasts 10 minutes. After complaining, they say they can adjust it be it will cost a lot more, when I'm already paying $50/mo for a 1 bedroom! The sliding doors are poorly insulated; we've had to put a towel at the bottom bc of such a bad draft and covered the entire huge window with a quilt to even keep this tiny apartment semi-warm. Have I said enough?
