Rude, rude, rude....Staff is extremely rude and snobby. Young girls who have no customer service skills and will end up with this job for the rest of their lives never moving up. Sad that I can't even enjoy my tanning experience.

this salon is like every other Sun Tan City in or around Nashville,they cheat you,lie 2 u,management is a joke ,much better salons where they care about the customer and their safety ...this chain is the absolute worst i have ever seen about cheating people...take your money somewhere else,unless u like being treated like crap,then go there...THE ONLY REASON I GIVE IT 1 STAR IS BECAUSE U CANT GIVE THEM 0 OR NEGATIVE..

Signed up for unlimited tanning and paid by the month on my debit card. I cancelled then 4 months later they billed my debit card for over $100. I had to cancel my card to get them to stop.
