Provided by YP.comI start my review with 4 stars only to say that NO company is perfect. As a disclaimer for those out there, I DO NOT work for Timmons Properties but, I will gladly say that I am happy to have them "at work" for us. We have had other property managers in the past and by far, Amy E. and the team at Timmons have made us forget the issues of the past management companies. From the moment they took over our complex, Amy has been completely responsive and helpful in getting things fixed and taken care of, where others merely made excuses for why or how it couldn't be done. When we've been accidently charged with a violation of rules, Amy didn't hesitate to make it right. We all have different ideas of what can and should be done where we live, but, within the means they have with a board that also makes decisions, Amy & Timmons have exceeded our expectations as a property management company. I am glad they work for us!

Provided by YPmobileI really believe that many of the positive reviews are submitted by Timmons Properties employees and staff. I have had a somewhat poor experience with Timmons so far. I moved in to the community about 5 months ago, and I noticed that many of the condos on the back side of the property had been neglected ( including my property) and the front side properties closest to the entrance and main road are being maintained really well. My gutters had been neglected and were stopped up so bad that the rain water poured over the sides in front of my front door and caused structural damage to my door and my wood floor. At first Amy ( Timmons Property Manager) and the HOA agreed to fix the problem, but Amy referred me to James, her predecessor, and it has been all down hill from there. I tried 4 times ( by email and phone) in an 8 day period to reach James to discuss the particulars of my repair, but he would not respond or reply. Finally I copied Amy on my last email (in which I threatened to take legal action) and low and behold, I was contacted in less than an hour! Geez!!! I discussed my issue with James a few days ago, and he said that he would take care of my problem, but so far I have not heard from him concerning the details.This has been going on for three months now. If you like being stone-walled and ignored this is the HOA management company for you! I will do whatever it takes legally and through social media to get these unprofessional people to fulfill their responsibilities to me by providing adequate service when needed...stay tuned!

Provided by YP.comRevealing how all the reviews for Timmons Properties are one star, very telling. Having several properties with other management companies, I know good and the bad. Obviously this company is on my bottom list. I have to laugh at the email I sent has been forwarded and reviewed over 30 times in the last 24 hours. My email? Directly asking for items taken care of by this company that received my homeowner dues. I know, how dare me, right? I would post the email exchange but I believe everyone in the Nashville/Middle Tennessee are has seen it already. The "manager" of the property actually tried to "school" me, I believe the other reviews state they are "tyrants"...hmmm. The "manager" forwarded my email to the board of our association, to which my husband received an email.
So to the Timmons Properties company: your job is customer service period. I will not be schooled by someone who receives a check from me. You may want to stir things up, but you picked the wrong homeowner. My issue isn't with the board but the RUDE behavior the "manager" chose to take with a homeowner. Silly, silly mistake.
Now in today's society it is very foolish to treat customers disrespectfully. I believe the "manager's" head fell off when I used the word accountable. I expect respect and customer service, maybe too hard for Timmons Property to do. For the "manager", you get what you give. I suspect you are not respected in your life and that is why you talk the way you do. Must gives you pleasure to have a bit of "power".
How proud you must be to work for Timmons a one star Property Management Company. You are a manager of Unexcellence in a company of unexcellence.

Provided by YPmobileI would advise to anyone interested to not move into a home owned by Timmons Property. You will receive constant letters and threats over petty things, such as mowing your yard every other day, or have an window AC unit. This company is the biggest joke ever. You better make sure you like living the step does lifestyle here. Worthless unhelpful rude pricks!

Provided by YP.comThis is the WORST company ever, avoid it at all costs. I wish I could give it 0 stars. We've been complaining about roofing issues for the condo building for 5 YEARS, apparently there was a giant hole in the roof that caused pipes to burst and our building to flood with this past winter freeze. All due to this company's negligence. The manager ignores complaints, accuses residents of causing the problems - well, he tried and failed - but if they'll send letters and threaten legal action/fines like there's no tomorrow over the most petty of complaints. (I had flower containers on the rail.) Got a serious construction issue? No time for that! You'll be begging them to do their job, meanwhile their time is spent harassing the very people they're employed by. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Provided by YP.comI bought a house where this business is the HOA management. I had a complaint with one of my neighbors going on for months now. If you address a problem/complaint to this management, they just ignore you by not answering emails/requests/calls or not doing something about the complaint. Worst business/management ever.
