Trinity Property Management is the worst leasing company I have ever worked with. It's constant unfulfilled promises and empty, contradicting words left me with the worst living situation of my life. I lived where there was a gas leak and remained sick for over a month. . . I personally dealt with the gas company in Nashville over 3 times in the middle of winter and when the landlord FINALLY dealt with it he had a plumber come out to fix a gas leak that was ruled unlivable. A plumber! Not even professionally fixed! After I was still not able to use my fireplace without alarms going off. My rent was not compensated during the time of freezing cold temperatures where I wasn't even staying because I physically couldn't stand the freezing temps. This was one of MANY issues all within 3 months of living there. DON'T RENT FROM THEM! They are not even registered with the BBB. Obvious sign that it's a scam with shady intention.
