I definitely would not use this company. Unfortunately comcast sent them out to setup our cable. The first guy was a no show, then another guy was sent out the next day to setup. After two weeks, the cable and internet lines went out and we had to get a supervisor to come fix it. Two weeks after that - same thing happened. They tell us that there is nothing they can do because they can't see our account past 30 days of installation. Thanks for nothing.

0-2. First they came early,left, and then claimed it was my fault because I wasn't there on my home install. Then they no-showed on my business install.

The Tri Wire cable installation tech that was sent to my house in Nashville lied to me about Internet speeds, greatly exaggerating the Mbsp speed I would get ("I guarantee it"). Then he kept suggesting that I pay him a "gratuity". This guy is a con artist...beware.
