Did business with URP for our music store for approximately 1 year until deciding to finally cut them out entirely as a distributor. We had consistent quality complaints on their pressings, our sales contact was frequently rude and short in e-mails - they're just generally not very professional in the way they conduct themselves (or at least not from our vantage point as a retailer relying on them to supply quality product - seems their factory tour pleases people, though). They charged us exorbitant shipping costs on every order we placed large or small, which our other distributors do not. It's a shame they're the largest press in the U.S.... they really give American workmanship a bad name.

This place has Great people that have great insights about great music. I love the jazz section because there are a lot of unique and music that I really want to own.
