GO!!! If you believe any negative review about Vogue it's because you have never been. This is the best place for nails around, without question. The staff and management are dedicated to customer service, I'm always impressed with how they handle customers when I come in. They also have the BEST selection of gel polish, there is NO reason to go anywhere else! Everyone always asks me where I get my nails done, at the grocery store, at work, at church, because they always look amazing.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Vogue Nail Salon!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Vogue Nail Salon!! I have tried multiple other nail salons in the Nashville area prior to discovering Vogue, and I must say I am completely spoiled now! One of my favorite things about Vogue is the classy, organized, elegant atmosphere, and what is even better is their prices are extremely competitive. Tu always delivers when it comes to giving me the most beautiful, long-lasting, french manicure. Van is fantastic, too! My Mom recently had the gel polish at another nail salon that was 15 minutes closer to where she lives in West Nashville, and she told me she will never make that mistake again. Oh and Vogue recently started offering the paraffin wax with all of their pedicures...ah-mazing!

I have been to this salon a fe...

I have been to this salon a few times, around 6 to be exact. Several times I have been alone and a few times with girlfriends and female family members. Nearly each time, I have noticed a younger female worker who appears to be "in charge"...in possession of the phone, others asking her questions and finally while speaking to others, she portrayed an authoritative tone. Each time, I noticed her less than humble, and honestly, her overall unfriendly misdemeanor.

On 4 occasions- I rec'd pedicures. On 2 of those occasions, the "callus razor shaver" was used by the same pedicurist, who I liked. She was an older, humble female who was extremely detailed, quiet, pleasant and very professional. This is actually true of most of the workers there in the salon.

On my final visit there on 9/27, I received services from the same pedicurist. Like some and unlike others, I prefer the callus razor shaver and this time was no different. I did not get this. Instead, my feet were left with an overall unfinished appearance with scaliness and peeling skin. I insisted that this was unacceptable. I was NOT rude, condescending, demanding, unapproachable, or hostile.

My humble pedicurist, started to speak to the apparent manager/supervisor in their language. In a slightly rude, demanding voice, I was quickly told: "Ma'am, she used that razor without my permission and she can not use it again without asking me. She can only use the scrubber on your feet." Before I could respond, she immediately turned around and started working on her current client again. After waiting for about 3-5 minutes without a response from her with my pedicurist waiting frightfully to the side, I stated "whoever is making the decision on what will be done to my feet, should tell me ASAP. If nothing is going to be done, this is unacceptable service."

This began the rudest most condescending rant from this lady I have ever witnessed while getting services from a nail salon. Furthermore, I have not experienced this from any business in this community so vested in personal, one-on-one customer service. To be as cocky, unprofessional and rude not only to me but in front of other customers and her team of workers was simply shocking. As a professional too in this community, I immediately knew that this behavior was not okay. I shared my disappointment as humble and professional as I could, without any demeaning words, foul language, or bitterness. I was indeed articulate, but not mean or nasty.

I was diagnosed with having a "blister" on my foot by this lady. After being told "I don't need your help telling me how to treat customers"....AND the most profound statement "YOU DON'T HAVE TO EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. I DON'T CARE."....this was enough for me to pledge never to go back and also to let all know about the poor services I received there.

Without a doubt, I DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone. Additionally, I have shared my experience with my family, friends and anyone who may choose Vogue Nail Salon for their cosmetic needs.

SOAK-OFF GEL NAILS are GREAT!! LOVE VOGUE NAILS!! BEST PLACE>>>>>>>>

So, I have been going to Vogue Nail Spa for a few months now. All I can say is how much I enjoy the staff, and thank goodness I found a RELIABLE nail salon. I actually needed a pedi last weekend, but refused to go somewhere else... so I waited till I could get to Vogue.

Today I got the soak-off gel nail polish. I'm new to this, but to my understanding its a type of polish they "bake on" to your nails. But it doesnt harm your nails at all. They had about 60 colors to choose from! All of the newest OPI colors, and some classic favorites too. I chose the color bubble bath, or some orchid color. Its a super pretty light pink. So happy my nails will look beautiful for atleast 2 weeks!!

Thanks! :)

AMAZING!!! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!! LOVE IT!!! WOW!

So, I have lived in Nashville for about 4 years now, looking for the perfect place to get a pedicure... I stopped by hoping this would be "the one". WOW- I finally found my favorite place to get my nails done!! I actually never write a review, unless I'm really mad... or I REALLY LOVE something. In this case... I REALLY LOVE IT! :)

I chatted with Tu & had Sheraine (spelling?) working on my nails. It was just a great overall experience. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to relax, have a glass of wine, and be treated like a queen while getting your nails done.
