Ordered a canvas online that promised 1-hour for finishing and drove to all the way to the store 9 hours later to retrieve it and not only was there no one in the photo department but when someone finally did come to assist me my order wasn't even started because someone didn't come into work to do it. BUT somehow, an hour later, I received word that it was done and could be picked up. Possibly a spout of bad luck but the photo center could benefit from having more than one qualified technician to avoid these mishaps.
