The cannot seem to remember to pick up recycling ... a paid service. To boot, they are more expensive with my last all-in-one provider and WI is not all-in-one. The other provider rarely failed to show up and when this did happen, they proactively called to reschedule. WI is simply oblivious unless you call then and then you just hope. The only reason I changed to WI was the pick up day which aligned with the trash service. I guess pick up day alignment is not important if they DON'T SHOW UP anyway.

They are less than a star. They can't seem to figure out how to pick up trash but can definitely figure out some great excuses and put you off forever! Absolutely horrible service

Expensive dot recycling. They charge way to much we can just drive to town and use the the free dumpsters.

Great company to have your garbage picked up by. They even have an option to have your recycling picked up in a separate can.

great company here. we have dealt with them for a long time now and have never had a single issue with them
