Not a great experience. This is Nashville so they may have been a little racist towards blacks. Unless they were finding you some manual labor job. Recruiter gave me the runaround even though he reached out to me on LinkedIn. Job ended up being filled before he followed up with me.

Do not work with this company!

small minded. go work for Aerotek, they'll get you more money up front and better contracts with room to grow into full time positions

I signed up with 4 different temp agencies in the Franklin area- WPS was the only one to find me a position. They are timely and were very nice. Most importantly they found me a position! If you're serious about finding work. Call WPS now!

I applied for a job and submitted my resume twice, I received one pre-written e-mail, no follow up and no other correspondence or replies to my further attempts to contact this company.

Would not recommend, will not attempt to use again.

The staff at Snelling is excellent. Janice in particular cares so much about placing people in the right fit. She equally gives to the hiring authority as she does the potential employee. Janice is fair, honest, and truly wants to help people find quality jobs. Doris is also wonderfull. If you have a background in Sales or Customer Service I strongly urge you to call Janice. If you have clerical or administration background call Doris.



I have had the opportunity to temp in the Snelling Professional Services office. Everyone there is very concerned with answering their phones and keeping up with communications.

One of the better services. Apple One rated 2nd. TRC rated 1st and Snelling rated 3rd of all the services I shopped.
