We have been tenants at one of Stonegate Group's properties for some years now. The manager of Stonegate goes by the name Dean Calivas. I have nothing, absolutely nothing good to say about this man. He falsely charged our account with ridiculous claims. I made several attempts to contact him about these said charges, but to no avail. When he is in office, he instructs his receptionist to tell me that he is too busy to answer. I request for him to call me back with no response from him for over a week. I understand that he is busy, but who isn't in this economy? We are all busy people and have much to take care of. The management of this property is reflected by the vacancies in their properties. Come check it out for yourself and you'll understand why there is over a 50% vacancy rate at these properties. Speak to Dean and you'll get an even CLEARER picture of how you'll be treated if you do decide to become a future tenant. I speak with a slight bias, but I guarantee you; it is not without merit. Please heed my advice as a current tenant and do your RESEARCH before moving your small business onto these premises. There are plenty of vacant properties out there for viable small businesses that treat people like; well people. I have never felt like our business was / is / or will be appreciated here and contemplating relocating my business where it will be valued. Dean if you're reading this, you know clearly the reason why you're properties are so vacant. Keep going down this path my friend. It is a very smart business move on your part.
