Front desk support is terrible. Paid cash for three appointment for laser hair removal follow-ups and they are magically unable to locate my record of it. Unacceptable, and rude, then they try to blame me because I had a mimosa before my appointment, so I must not have paid the money because I had been drinking.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here with a groupon for a single process color. After talking with the stylist and telling her exactly what I was looking for, she colored just the hair around my face and then was finished. When I asked her about what would happen to the rest of my hair, she said that she couldn't put the same color on that because it would not result in the right color for me and that she would have to mix a different color and that would be an addition charge! Talk about a bait and switch. It's true that the incremental charge was not that much, but that is not the point. She should have told me that there would be an charge to do all of my hair before she put dye in any of it. She was not apologetic, but simply kept repeating that she would fix it for an additional charge. I left, calmed down, and called the manager who basically said that the stylist had done nothing wrong and that they would be glad to have me come back and "make me happy" once I paid the additional charge. Outrageous. If she had told me there would be an additional charge before putting dye in my hair, I would have said no thank you and walked out and simply taken it up with Groupon. As it was, the process was already started. So now I have two-toned hair and will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. These people are clearly nickel and dimers and I do not recommend that anyone who wants to be treated fairly go anywhere near this place.

Nice facility and very nice staff. I felt taken care of and like they knew what they were doing. Its not very exspensive either. Most spas like this charge over a hundred bucks and the service isn't great. But I walked out with an hour facial and massage for under a hundred dollars and thats amazing.

I first came here during Spa Week for a massage with Heather and was really impressed with her. I recently went back for another massage and was equally impressed. I was offered a soak in the hydrotherapy tub before my massage; it only cost $15 and added an extra level of relaxation to my service. After having a couple great services I look forward to going back to try other services offered. It's nice not having to go to Boston to get the high end salon and spa experience.

My hair turned out amazing; I've gotten so many compliments on it! I saw Inna for my facial, which was the best I have ever had. Inna as well really listened to my concerns and took time to focus on my skin care needs. The rest of the staff was very friendly and professional. I was greeted right away and offered a beverage. I would recommend this Salon and Spa to anyone who is looking for above average services in the Boston Area!ommended because

I really like the way the girl, Jen cuts my hair but I can't stand the way she smells of cigarette smoke. Her clothes and her breath. She stand so close to me that I can't help but smell it. She leaves at least two times while she is doing my hair to go out and have a smoke. It's too bad because I really like the way she cuts my hair.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this salon in town. I've found a new favorite.

I alway like to try the newest and best places, this one meets the mark. I recomend this salon for it's luxury and location to some of my favorite shopping in the area.
