THEY PUT A SHOCK COLLAR ON MY DOG without my knowledge or consent. I only discovered it when my husband picked up our dog, Beans, a little early and caught the employee removing the collar.

I called and spoke to Cindy, the owner, who said it was necessary and that they were using shock collars on a number of dogs because they are getting complaints from the nearby office building(s) about the barking.

We were never notified about an issue with his barking previously, nor have we had a problem with it at other boarding facilities we have used, but apparently it was soooo bad that they felt justified in using a shock collar on my dog without even telling me there was a problem!

Obviously, neither this location, nor the owner are suited for doggie daycare or boarding. I am appalled that We Dig Your Dog would inflict this stress and pain on my dog and I hope this review prevents others from a similar situation.
