Very poor customer service. Staff is not very well trained to handle activations of phones or even order the phone from warehouse in case not available in store

I visited store twice and spent more than three hours to add a line to my family plan without success

Called 888- bestbuy to complain about it but so far did not hear back
Looks like they are uninterested in improving the process and listening to customers
