if you have cancelled your membership -or made a reasonable attempt to do so- and Chuze fitness keeps charging you please get a hold of me, we have an interest in filing a class action lawsuit for fraud against chuze fitness! They have a practice of making it nearly impossible for you to cancel your membership via phone or email and even when you cancel in person at a location, they have a practice of 'loosing' your paperwork and to continue to charge you membership dues long after you do your due diligence to cancel your membership. Under federal racketeering/RICO laws it is a fraud for them to do so and you may be entitled to punitive/treble damages for their outrageous conduct!

I absolutely love the chuze fitness staff. they are so nice and welcoming. Max is the best manager since I have joined chuze. And he is super cute.
