Just moved in with my fiance 2 months ago and now they are raising the rent. They waited the least amount of time California laws allows them to. Right after we pay the second months rent there was a no on our door indicating our rent was going to be raised. And don't think you'll be getting all of your security deposit back. They make you sign a form indicating that they will take away 160 for cleaning. I also was told 3 weeks prior of moving in from my own apartment complex. When I asked management they said they tried to knock on everybody's door due to construction but somehow missed mine after I worked a 12 hour shift and miss school and work that day.
